Hey Drew, this sounds a bit spam linky BUT - awesome new service called Conversocial at The iPlatform enables Facebook moderation. If you're a big brand with a big community to manage it's worth investing in IMHO.

Yeah, I posted a comment asking what was happening and I didn't hear back - in fact my post generated a load of abuse and then it was removed. I'm trying to find out more about how they're handling it - have you seen any comment from Starbucks?
