Jon Swift's account was reinstated shortly after he was told there would be no reinstatement. The email he got explaining the reinstatement is on his blog. The terms of service say you cannot misrepresent who you are, but since he well known under his nom-de-plume, Facebook determined he wasn't in violation of the TOS. We reported this on yesterday's FIR, by the way.

Links are really easy to use. You just click on them and they take you right to the story.

They work better on some blogs like this though.
