This week's ripples on the blogosphere are coming from Weber Shandwick, which has snapped up tech PR blogger Jeremy Pepper to work for its San Francisco office (announcement here). He'll be a group manager on Agilent, BEA Systems, Cisco and Hitachi, working to "develop and drive online communications strategies".
