I've heard of fakes, but have never seen a FCUKING chav, or a Von Chav Tshirt? Anyway, this morning's FT looks at how Chav Culture has affected Burberry's PR, and how Burberry has even changed its product lines following the negative image portrayed by the UK's Chavs wearing burberry gear. AKA "Neds, Townies, Kevs, Charvers, Steeks, Spides, Bazzas, Yarcos, Ratboys, Kappa Slappas, Skangers, Scutters, Janners, Stigs, Scallies or hood Rats."
Check out my other post on Chavs, and the book - pure class!

For the American readers, what's a Chav?

For the non-UK readers - Check out Chav Scum - the link is in my post. I'm not quite sure how to describe a Chav, but it's been said that Chavs are the new british underclass.

Yep, read that first, and still didn't get it. I guess the best US counterpart is rich kids slumming it.
Thankfully, the Von Dutch trucker hat fad has passed on.

Have look at this description instead http://www.worldwidewords.org/topicalwords/tw-cha2.htm
I wouldn't say rich kids - probably the opposite. Cheers Jeremy.
