Have just been reading through some PR blogs and came across a take on VoIP from PR Opinions. If you're using VoIP as a business tool it has much more depth - it's not just toll free calls. Remote working, collaboration and networked businesses are just a few of the terms used by the big vendors such as Mitel, Avaya, Cisco etc. Here is an article which I sold in that illustrate business VoIP more clearly - The Guardian by Ben Hammersley.
